1. The service

UGCCart generates short-form video ads from your product data, uploaded assets, and instructions. Videos are generated with AI and delivered to your account library for you to download and use in your own marketing.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not share access with people outside your business.

3. Your content

You keep full ownership of the product data, images, and clips you upload, and of the videos we generate for you. You grant us the rights needed to process that content to provide the service. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use UGCCart to create content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful — including fake endorsements presented as real people, misleading health or financial claims, or content targeting minors inappropriately.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly through our payment partner Polar and include a monthly video allowance. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Free-trial videos are limited and may be watermarked.

6. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee specific ad performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we'll surface it in the app. Continuing to use UGCCart after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
